Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms govern your use of MINSIGO Cloud (the "service"), a private attendance-status dashboard for the Asigoers team. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use the service

The service is open only to people an administrator has registered as team members. Signing in with a Google account that is not registered gives no access. Access is personal: do not share your Google account or let anyone else act as you in the service.

2. What the service does

The service lets members declare and review their daily work status (such as WFO, WFH and SURTUG), shows the team's statuses on a calendar, lets administrators manage member records, and, according to the status a member declared, can submit that member's daily attendance to the attendance system used by their workplace. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Administrators

Administrators may add, update, deactivate and remove member records, and may suspend access when needed to protect the service or its data, or when someone is no longer part of the team.

5. Availability and changes

The service is run by the team's administrators for internal use. It may be unavailable, change, or end at any time, for example because of maintenance, faults, or changes at Google or at the attendance system it connects to. We will try to give notice of significant changes but are not required to.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise that it is error-free, that every attendance submission will succeed, or that a submission will be accepted by the receiving system. Check your own attendance record where it matters.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the operators of the service are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from downtime, a failed or missed attendance submission, or data entered incorrectly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Access ends when you are deactivated or when we withdraw the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
